Objetivo e dinâmica da Campanha da Fraternidade de 2009

Resumo

Resumo: O autor começa lembrando que o tema da CF 2009 foi escolhido a
partir de uma iniciativa da Pastoral Carcerária nacional, com um abaixo-assinado
pedido às nossas paróquias e aceito pela CNBB, tendo em vista o clamor e o
anseio da sociedade brasileira por mais Segurança. Contrapondo-se à insistência
na pura repressão policial, a Igreja propõe uma diagnose realista da violência
e dos conflitos, com uma visão mais abrangente do problema. A seguir, o autor
aborda o “serviço de preparação e animação” da CF e fala também dos passos
a serem dados em âmbito diocesano e nas paróquias. E isso, antes, durante e
depois da Campanha. Por fim, apresenta o cronograma da CF 2009 e já uma
previsão da CF 2010.

Abstract: The theme of the CF 2009 is supposed to be focused on Public Safety
in response of the request of the nation-wide organizations of Pastoral Care for
Prisoners engaged in all the dioceses of Brazil, which was made to CNBB of
Brazil. As opposed to the methods of repressions of violence in practice by the
Police Departments, the Church aims at a realistic approach of the problem in
widening the conspectus of violence, which gives rise to all sorts of violence. As
a sequel the author takes into account the “service of preparation and animation”
to be rendered by the CNBB in the dioceses and parishes, in terms of effective
countermeasures. Finally, the effectiveness of these measures is to be tested
during this years CF 2009 and to be continued in CF 2010.
