Aparecida: a bem-aventurança do discipulado

Resumo

Resumo: No Documento de Aparecida, o encontro com Jesus Cristo, Caminho,
Verdade e Vida é determinante na vida de todo cristão. O discipulado-missionário
é fruto desse encontro pessoal e coletivo e leva a uma opção radical não só
pela pessoa de Jesus, mas à tudo aquilo que Ele optou. A primeira Boa Nova a
ser anunciada é a vida plena para o ser humano em todas as suas dimensões,
onde quer que esteja ameaçada.

Abstract: Of vital importance in the Document of Aparecida is the personal attachment
to “Jesus Christ, as the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (Jo 14,6), because
of his continuous influence in the existence of every Christian. The disciples
engaged in missionary work show forth the consequence of this personal and
ecclesial bond between himself and the person of Jesus Christ and everything
He embraced. The first novelty of the Good News to be announced is the fullness
of human values in all areas threatened by destructive forces.
